3. Fees & Payment
Fees for our services are set out in your service agreement and may be structured as flat fees, percentage-based fees, or financing rates. Invoices are due according to the terms specified in your agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest as permitted by law.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed in connection with the services, and to use such information solely for the purpose of performing under the agreement.
5. Compliance
Solutions R Us conducts collections and receivables activities in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) where it applies. We do not engage in harassing, deceptive, or unfair practices.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solutions R Us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the notice provisions contained therein. Obligations that by their nature survive termination, including payment and confidentiality, will remain in effect.
